Access Library Resources Away from and At the Bank

Homer Jones Memorial Library provides access to myriad databases of articles, ebooks, and more. Due to licensing restrictions, these databases must be accessed through one of the following methods.

Away from the Bank

VPN (Virtual Private Network)

When connecting to a non-affiliated Internet connection, connect your device distributed by research to the Bank VPN for access to the Bank RB network. You will automatically have access to Library resources.

Proxy

If using a non-affiliated device, access Library resources by signing into the Library proxy: https://login.homer.idm.oclc.org (username: First initial Last name ). Forgot your password? Contact the library at ref@stls.frb.org.

Manually Add Proxy String to URL

If you need access to a resource accessed off the proxy, you can manually edit your URL. After signing into the Library proxy, you will automatically be redirected to the resource with Library access.

Access Proxy with Bookmark

To quickly navigate to a resource without manually editing the url, see the instructions for adding a proxy bookmarklet.

At the Bank

RB

If at your workstation using a device distributed by Research, you should automatically connect to RB, a wired connection, which enables access to the Bank network. You will automatically have access to Library resources.

ELMO *

If not at your workstation using a device distributed by Research, you should connect to the ELMO wifi connection, which enables access to the Bank network. You will automatically have access to Library resources.

EDWIN *

If using on a non-affiliated device, you should connect to EDWIN for non-RB network wifi access. You will not have access to Library resources.

GWIN *
